On Tuesday in Secaucus, N.J., the NBA will conduct its 27th draft lottery -- an annual game of chance that first began in 1985. The Warriors will be making their 20th appearance in the lottery, with owner Joe Lacob representing the team.The Warriors have moved up in the draft on just three occasions and dropped down eight times.
