CSNCalifornia.comRaiders quarterback Jason Campbell is anticipating reporting to Napa for training camp on either July 28 or Aug. 1, "base(d) on agreement," he told me in a Tweet Wednesday afternoon."Napa has best weather for camp and plus it's relaxing," Campbell added. While the Raiders have not made their official camp plans known publicly, players would begin arriving in Napa on July 27 in a normal, non-lockout season.NFL owners are scheduled to meet in Atlanta on Thursday and the lockout could potentially be lifted with the ratification of a new collective bargaining agreement with the players.Earlier this summer, Campbell and defensive end Richard Seymour organized well-attended player workouts outside of Atlanta.
