ALAMEDA -- The Raiders have cut seven players to get down to the NFL limit of 80 before today's 1 p.m. PT deadline.

Those no longer with the team: fullback Bryson Kelly, offensive lineman Ben Lamaak, receivers Damola Adeniji and Steve Goulet, safety Josh Bullocks, defensive tackle Derrick Hill and offensive tackle Lou Eliades, who was waivedinjured.

Also, Oakland placed linebacker Travis Goethel, who suffered a knee injury last week in training camp, on season-ending Injured Reserve, along with undrafted rookie free agent offensive lineman Alan Pelc, who had been waivedinjured last week.

Earlier in the day, Adeniji Tweeted "Cold world no blanket.."

Included in the list of 80 is rookie quarterback Terrelle Pryor, whose five-game suspension goes into effect following the Raiders' preseason finale Friday night at Seattle.

The deadline to get down to 53 players is Saturday at 1 p.m. PT.

We were allowed to see the first 30 minutes or so of practice and cornerback Chris Johnson and defensive tackle John Henderson, both of whom are nursing undisclosed injuries, had returned to practice.

But neither defensive tackle Richard Seymour (hamstring) nor tight end Kevin Boss (knee) were seen on the field. Neither were receivers Chaz Schilens (knee) and Louis Murphy (groinhamstring) or safety MIke Mitchell (leg).

Rookie left guard Stefen Wisniewski and guard Roy Schuening were present but not practicing.
