All right, that's five straight losses and 12 of the past 14 for the Warriors. But just like we warned not to get too high after starting 6-2, don't get too low now that they're 8-14.Plus, it might get a little worse. We'll probably know more about Stephen Curry's sprained right ankle on Thursday. Curry tweaked the ankle with 5:20 left in the second quarter of the Warriors' loss at San Antonio on Wednesday. RELATED: Warriors drop 25th straight game in San Antonio
X-rays were negative and there was no fracture, according to the Warriors. Curry left the arena in a walking boot. He's listed as day-to-day, with the Warriors' next game coming Friday against the Miami Heat at Oracle.

Point is, Curry's hobbled, and Miami and Utah await.--Regardless of whether Curry plays Friday or not, the Warriors will have a little more help in the backcourt. Was able to confirm that the Warriors are going to sign Acie Law on Thursday - meaning they'll likely waive Jeff Adrien. The Warriors' roster has 15 - the maximum.Law, whose had a previous stint with the Warriors, has played for five different NBA teams. Law, 25, is a lefty who can play both backcourt positions, and the Warriors have been desperately searching for someone to provide consistent backcourt minutes off the bench to support Ellis and Curry.--If Curry isn't 100 percent, you figure Reggie Williams stands to benefit. And at least he'll be coming off a game on which to build upon. Williams had a career-high 31 points and went 8-for-10 from 3-point range against the Spurs on Wednesday.Williams has been so-so at best this season, but it looks like he'll get an opportunity to turn things around in the next few games. What's your take?
