The 49ers on Thursday signed center Marcus Martin, a third-round pick from USC, to the standard four-year rookie contract to become the 12th and final 49ers draft selection to sign.

The 49ers became the sixth team to sign all of their draft picks, but no team has signed as many. The New York Jets are second, signing 10 of their 12 selections.

The 49ers were $1.733 million under the salary cap before the signing of Martin, according to the NFL Players Association. Because only the top-51 salaries count against the cap in the offseason, his deal will not have a significant impact.
