Undrafted Stanford linebacker Shayne Skov received $10,000 in guaranteed money to sign with the 49ers, according to a source.
Skov, who will compete for a spot on the 49ers’ 53-man roster, received a team-high $7,500 signing bonus as part of the standard three-year contract for rookies who were not drafted. Also, $2,500 of Skov's first-year $420,000 minimum salary is guaranteed. Players only earn their full salary if they make the 53-man roster.
Tight end Asante Cleveland of Miami received $8,000 guaranteed, all in the form of a signing bonus.
Undrafted linebacker Morgan Breslin of USC received $7,500 guaranteed, including a $5,000 signing bonus.
Safety James McCray (Catawba) received a $6,000 signing bonus. Offensive lineman Dillon Farrell (New Mexico) and Fouimalo Fonoti received $5,000 signing bonuses, while quarterback Kory Faulker (Southern Illinois) was awarded a $3,000 guarantee.
