SANTA CLARA -- Nose tackle Glenn Dorsey returned Friday for limited practice and is listed as questionable for the 49ers’ official injury report for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.
Wide receiver Jon Baldwin, who was limited due to an unspecified illness, is also listed as questionable.
Each of the other 49ers players listed on the injury report -- other that rookie wideout Quinton Patton (fractured right foot) -- is expected to be available for Sunday’s game.
Linebacker Ahmad Brooks missed his second practice due to a personal issue, but the 49ers expect him to make the trip to Nashville to play in the game. He is listed as probable.
Meanwhile, Titans quarterback Jake Locker participated fully in practice Friday after missing the past two games with knee and hip injuries. The Titans list him as questionable. If Locker is unable to play, Ryan Fitzpatrick will make his third straight start.
