The 49ers and Packers will square off at Lambeau Field on Sunday, and each team could be without key defensive cogs.

For San Francisco, cornerbacks Carlos Rogers and Eric Wright are both listed as questionable with hamstring injuries.

For Green Bay, Clay Matthews has been ruled out after thumb surgery.
