LONDON – The 49ers expect every player on their 53-man roster, with the exception of rookie wide receiver Quinton Patton, to be available Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Patton remains out indefinitely with a fractured right foot that he sustained Sept. 26 against the St. Louis Rams. He is a potential candidate to land on injured reserve when the 49ers add Mario Manningham and Michael Crabtree from the reserve/physically unable to perform list in the coming weeks.

The 49ers have no plan to activate Manningham, cornerback Eric Wright or Tank Carradine from their reserve lists for Sunday's game at Wembley Stadium. Each player began practicing last week, and will be on 53-man roster for the week leading up to the Nov. 10 game against the Carolina Panthers, 49ers general manager Trent Baalke said Friday.

The 49ers will have to clear roster spots to activate players off the reserve lists. Those decisions have not been made, Baalke said.

"There are a lot of things that are going to go into these decisions that are made as to how this roster’s constructed over the next several weeks with these guys coming back," he said.

Defensive linemen Glenn Dorsey, Ray McDonald and Justin Smith are listed as questionable for Sunday's game, but each is expected to be in the starting lineup. McDonald was a full participant in the 49ers’ brief practice Friday at Allianz Park, home of rugby team Saracens. Dorsey and Smith were limited.

Safety Donte Whitner is nursing a minor left knee sprain, but will be available for Sunday’s game after being a full participant all week in practices. Rookie Eric Reid, who sustained an ankle sprain last week against the Tennessee Titans, is not listed on the 49ers’ injury report.
