The 49ers will remain on the East Coast to practice with the Baltimore Ravens for four days after their opening exhibition game on Thursday, Aug. 7, Ravens coach John Harbaugh said.

The 49ers’ second exhibition game will be the first American football game at Levi’s Stadium on either Aug. 16 or 17 against the Denver Broncos.

The announcement of the 49ers-Ravens joint practice was made Friday via the Ravens’ official Twitter account. The practices were anticipated last week when the NFL matched the 49ers against Baltimore in an exhibition game. It will be the fist time the 49ers have held practices with another NFL team since Jim Harbaugh took over as coach in 2011.

The Ravens hold training camp at their practice facility in Owings Mills, Md. Last summer, they also held offsite practices at M&T Bank Stadium, Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis and Stevenson University in Owings Mills.
