SANTA CLARA -- Guard Brandon Thomas, a third-round draft pick from Clemson, signed his four-year rookie contract Friday with the 49ers.

With Thomas' signing, the 49ers have only two remaining unsigned draft picks: center Marcus Martin and wide receiver Bruce Ellington.

Thomas' slot as the No. 100 overall pick is scheduled to get a $506,016 signing bonus on a four-year, $2.726 million contract. Thomas sustained a torn ACL during a pre-draft workout with the New Orleans Saints. He is expected to spend the season on the non-football injury list, which means his contract would toll. If Thomas never gets off the non-football injury list as a rookie, the 49ers would still have him under contract for four seasons.
