The 49ers released their injury report on Wednesday, and it included a surprise entry; quarterback Alex Smith was there, along with the word concussion.

Despite apparently suffering a mild concussion against the Cowboys, Smith fully participated in the 49ers' Wednesday practice.

Alex Smith has never had a concussion in his career.
