SANTA CLARA – Guard Mike Iupati, who has missed four games with a partially torn knee ligament, remains questionable for the 49ers’ game Monday night against the Atlanta Falcons.

Iupati has yet to go through a full practice in the two weeks since returning to the practice field. He did not suit up last week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 49ers figured he needed one more week to be ready to return to game action.

However, Iupati still does not appear to be close to 100 percent. He is wearing a brace on his left knee. Iupati sustained a partially torn medial-collateral ligament in the 49ers’ game Nov. 17 against the New Orleans Saints.

Every other player on the 49ers’ injury report is expected to be available for Monday’s game, including wide receiver Mario Manningham, who returned to limited practice on Friday.

“I think the best way to describe Mario is he’s getting back to 100 percent closer every week,” 49ers offensive coordinator Greg Roman said. “And I can’t put a percentage on it, but he is definitely improving every week.

“When he first came back, we all knew he wasn’t 100 percent, but he was good enough to play. And he has done so admirably, and he’s kind of gotten better each week. So, that’s a great thing.”
