SANTA CLARA – The 49ers are not likely to make a corresponding roster move until next week to fill the spot vacated with wide receiver Mario Manningham going on injured reserve.
Manningham was ruled out for the remainder of the season on Friday with a knee injury. The 49ers will be required to declare six players inactive for Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals to reach their 46-player limit for the game.
Each of the 49ers’ current 52 players is likely to be healthy enough to play. Backup linebacker Dan Skuta (foot) is the only player listed as questionable for Sunday’s regular-season finale.
