49ers Owner/CEO Jed York joined Jim Kozimor on Chronicle Live Monday.

Here are a few of the things York had to say:

- "I trust Coach Harbaugh. He's going to make the decicions for us on the field. He and Trent have put together a heck of a talented roster. You have to trust your folks and let them make the right decisions. If you don't, then I don't think you have a chance in this business."

- "I think Alex Smith is one of the toughest guys in the National Football League. We are very fortunate to have two guys we feel like we can win with."

- "It's nice to play in the NFC Championship Game, but the goal is to win Super Bowls with the San Francisco 49ers."

York also discussed the new stadium in Santa Clara, his feelings towards Eddie DeBartolo, and expressed his thoughts about Twitter.
