Comcast SportsNet Bay Area anchor/reporter sat down with Jim Harbaugh prior to the 49ers' divisional-round playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers.

The 49ers' second-year head coach had some interesting things to say about his brother John, whom he will square off against in Super Bowl XLVII on Feb. 3 in New Orleans.

Harbaugh: "I've been forever proud of my brother John. He's done a great job again this year. I just think he's the best in the league at what he does."

Feldman: "Really?"

Harbaugh: "I do."

Feldman: "Yourself included?"

Harbaugh: "Yeah. Absolutely. I'm half the coach he is. I'm trying."

Feldman: "Why is he so good?"

Harbaugh: "I don't think there's any coach coaching in the game today that really has the full grasp of offense, defense, and special teams like my brother has."

Feldman: "I know you don't stop and smell the roses until after the season, you might not even do that then, but do you ever stop and think, 'My brother is a coach in the NFL, he's in the playoffs, I'm in the playoffs, this is pretty cool?'"

Harbaugh: "Definitely. I've thought of that. We both got great kids, a great wife, and a great job, and it's a harder job to get than being a U.S. Senator. I'm proud that our family has two people that are doing it."

Feldman: "Is it surprising that the sons of Jack Harbuagh are football coaches? Probably not, right?"

Harbaugh: "Not if you knew Jack Harbaugh. My dad, at least in my case, I'm basically just copying what he did and what he does. Very, very fortunate to have your dad as one of the greatest coaches of all-time."
