The Pro Bowl following the upcoming NFL season will be played in Arizona, the site of Super Bowl XLIX.

But Santa Clara’s Levi’s Stadium will not play host to the Pro Bowl the week before Super Bowl L comes to the Bay Area.

The NFL announced on Wednesday that the Pro Bowl on Jan. 25, 2015, will be the third played in the same city as the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl is set for a week later, Feb. 1, at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.

The Pro Bowl will return to Aloha Stadium in Honolulu on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, the NFL announced on Wednesday.

Super Bowl L will be played the following Sunday at Levi’s Stadium, which replaces Candlestick Park this season as the 49ers’ home stadium.

The NFL has an agreement with Hawaii to play the Pro Bowl at Aloha Stadium following the 2016 season but final confirmation of the game will be made at a later date, according to the NFL.

The next Pro Bowl will be the sixth consecutive game played prior to the Super Bowl.
