Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette made two separate 911 calls just after midnight on April 2 to report a woman refused to leave his apartment, Miami Police confirmed Monday.

Quarterback Colin Kaepernick and wide receiver Quinton Patton of the 49ers and Lockette were named in a “suspicious incident” report that was filed by a woman.

The woman, who made no accusations, according to the incident report, told Miami Police detectives she woke up in a hospital room and "doesn't remember how she got there or who transported her to the hospital.”

Lockette made a call to 911 on April 2 at 12:03 a.m. and, again, at 12:20 a.m., Miami Police told CSNBayArea.com. Miami Fire Lt. Ignatius Carroll told the Miami Herald that Miami Fire Rescue was dispatched to the apartment, the Miami Viceroy, at 12:32 a.m.

According to a Miami police incident search report, which was obtained by Miami radio station WINZ, Lockette called from the Viceroy Hotel after the woman, who was lying naked on Kaepernick’s bed, refused to leave.

The Miami Police declined further comment.

Kaepernick was in Miami working out at Bonmarito Performance Systems with Patton and Lockette. He is back in the Bay Area, a source told CSNBayArea.com.

Citing a source familiar with the case, the Sacramento Bee reported that Colin Kaepernick was not at the suite during the disturbance or when police arrived.
