As the 49ers prepare for the 2016 NFL Draft in late April, the team has hosted several prospects.
One draft-eligible player they are set to host this weekend is Clemson cornerback Mackensie Alexander, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Alexander, who checked in at 5-foot-10, 190 pounds at the NFL Combine, spent two seasons with the Tigers.

The All-ACC defender racked up 44 career tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, 11 pass breakups and one fumble recovery in 23 games played.
Alexander ran a 4.47 40-yard dash in Indianapolis. He allowed just a 29.6 completion percentage and no touchdowns, according to NFL.com.
The 49ers hold the No. 7 overall pick.
