By now you know all about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, in which individuals douse themselves with a bucket of ice water in order to raise awareness about amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease) before challenging new individuals to the task.
On Tuesday, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll engaged after he was challenged by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, passing it along to NFC West coaches Bruce Arians, Jeff Fisher and Jim Harbaugh.
On Thursday, he took to Twitter to take a passive-aggressive jab at Harbaugh.
