SAN JOSE The San Jose SaberCats and Comcast SportsNet today announced Comcast SportsNet will be the home for SaberCats football during the 2011 season. Under this agreement Comcast SportsNet is scheduled to broadcast all nine regular season road games and the home opener against the defending ArenaBowl champion Spokane Shock on March 11. All games will be available in high definition and a complete programming schedule will be announced at a later date.Comcast SportsNet is the home for all Bay Area sports and we are excited about them broadcasting our games this upcoming season, said OwnerHead Coach Darren Arbet. The new partnership also includes a wide range of weekly SaberCats programming including individual player and SaberKitten features along with playoff related programming.
