Jan. 19, 2010WARRIORS PAGEAnthony Morrow has made it clear that he wants to be in the3-point shooting contest during All-Star weekend in mid-February. And you wouldfigure last years leader in 3-point percentage has a good shot at it.Morrow is shooting 44.3 percent from beyond the arc, goodfor sixth in the league. But keep an eye on teammate Stephen Curry, who is shooting43.9 percent from 3-point range. It wouldnt be a complete shocker if Curryends up going and not Morrow.--Monta Ellis 39 shots were a season-high for field goalattempts in a game this season. But heres something hard to believe JanneroPargo actually shot a higher rate of attempts. It took Ellis all 48 minutes forhim to get 39 shots up. Pargo got 13 shots up making only four -- in fewerthan 16 minutes.--Warriors outrebounded the Bulls on Monday, just the fifthtime this season GS has outrebounded an opponent. It was also the first (only?)time this season the Warriors held an opponent under 40 percent shooting.Chicago shot 36.5 percent.Cartier Martin and Anthony Tolliver had to have some part inthat, no?--Believe me, Im not in love with Kevin Martin. But in theinterest of fairness it has to be pointed out that the Kings were losing beforehe came back. In case you haventbeen paying attention, the Kings have gone from one of the feel-good storiesof the season to floundering. Not that Sacramento cant get it back together, but it has lostnine of 10, and is only a little bit ahead (two-and-a-half games) of the Warriorsin the standings. And we know what kind of a season the Warriors are having.-- Matt Steinmetz
