Left-handed reliever Alex Hinshaw has cleared waivers and been outrighted to the Giants' Double-A affiliate, Comcast SportsNet's Jaymee Sire learned before Tuesday's game.Hinshaw was designated for assignment to make room on the 40-man roster for Mark DeRosa when he was activated from the 60-day disablged list on Aug. 4.Sire also tweeted that the Giants re-signed right-handed pitcher Jose Casilla, brother of Santiago, to a minor league contract. The Giants realeased Jose Casilla on Aug. 5 to make room for Waldis Joaquin, who could have opted out of his minor league deal without a 40-man roster spot.
