SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Giants closer Brian Wilson threw batting practice Thursday after a layoff due to lower back tightness.
He faced Mark DeRosa, Freddy Sanchez, Aubrey Huff and Travis Ishikawa in a 15-minute session. If he doesn't experience a setback, Wilson could make his exhibition debut Sunday against Seattle.

Wilson aggravated his back in mid-February.
The right-hander went 3-3 with a 1.81 earned-run average and 48 saves in 2010.
