The NBA announced Wednesday that Bell was suspended for pleading no contest to reckless driving in California. Jack was suspended for pleading no contest to reckless driving in Georgia.

Bell and Jack each will be suspended for their team's first game of the 2011-12 regular season for which they are eligible and physically able to play.

Bell averaged 1.7 points and 1.5 assists per game in a backup role last season. He was involved in a domestic disturbance with his wife in May which resulted in her being charged with domestic violence and assault with a dangerous weapon.
