A’s left fielder Yoenis Cespedes is considered day to day with a left hamstring injury.

Cespedes is being held out of baseball activity Tuesday, after he left Monday’s game against Detroit in the eighth inning. His availability for Wednesday’s series finale is unknown.

In other injury news, the availability of catcher Derek Norris, who is battling lower back tightness, was unknown for Tuesday’s game. Norris caught Tommy Milone’s side session and was scheduled to take batting practice.
