The Oakland As have reinstated right-handed pitcher Jim Miller from the paternity list and optioned left-handed pitcher Pedro Figueroa to Triple-A Sacramento, the club announced Monday. Miller was placed on the paternity list on Friday. He is 2-1 with a 1.78 ERA in 19 relief appearances with Oakland.
Figueroa joined the As on Friday for his third stint with the club this year, though he did not appear in any of the games at Target Field in Minnesota. He has a 1.50 ERA in nine relief appearances with the A's.Oakland A's media services contributed to this report
