The A's came out of St. Louis Sunday with a series win, taking two out of three on the road thanks to their bats making noise early on Sunday.
After sitting out Saturday's game, Danny Valencia is back in for the A's as he looks to provide power in the three-hole against the Cardinals.
Against a team vying for an NL Wild Card spot, Ross Detwiler and Zach Neal have pitched well. Now it's up to Andrew Triggs to keep the line moving.
