The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Dept. investigation into sexual assault charges against Pablo Sandoval concluded that there is insufficient evidence to arrest the Giants' third baseman.
According to an official press release, the completed investigation has been forwarded to the District Attorney for review.
The investigation stemmed from a complaint on June 1 naming Sandoval as a suspect.

Sandoval was selected for the 2012 All-Star Game and hit a bases-loaded triple for the National League in Tuesday's 8-0 win.
He is hitting .307, with eight homers and 30 RBIs for the second-place Giants.
