The Giants have made a deal with the Philadelphia Phillies for outfielder Hunter Pence, according to a national report.
The Giants are not ready to confirm the deal, as VP Bobby Evans tells CSNBayArea.com the deal at this time as reported is "...not accurate. No deal. Working through many options."
Pence is batting .271 with 17 home runs and 59 RBIs for Philadelphia.
