A national report surfaced Friday saying former Giants OF Melky Cabrera has agreed to a two-year deal with the Toronto Blue Jays. ESPN Deportes reports the two-year deal is worth 8 million per season, contingent on Cabrera passing a 'rigorous' physical examination.Cabrera served a 50-game suspension for violating the league's performance enhancing drugs policy last season.The Blue Jays are scheduled to play the Giants on June 4 and 5 at AT&T Park in 2013. The Giants will play in Toronto on May 14 and 15.
