OAKLANDThe Warriors made it official on Wednesday with apress release that center Andrew Bogut wouldnt accompany the team on theirupcoming three-game road trip.In addition, the team said that Bogut would spend the nextseveral days in Los Angeles, where he will continue his rehabilitation underthe supervision of Dr. Richard Ferkel.Bogut fractured his left ankle in January and hadarthroscopic surgery on it in April. The surgery was peformed byFerkel.Ferkel also was the person who set a 20-minute playingrestriction on Bogut, which he was following until the team decided to shut himdown on Nov. 8.The Warriors anticipate Bogut will return to the Bay Areaearly next week and continue various on-court activities. The Warriors play atMinnesota on Friday, at Oklahoma City on Sunday and at Dallas onMonday.The Warriors next game after that is on Nov. 21, againstthe Brooklyn Nets at Oracle Arena.Still, the team maintained there is no timetable for Bogutsreturn to full-fledged practices or game action. His progress will continue tobe evaluated and monitored by the teams medical staff.
