The Sharks have extended qualifying offers to the following restricted free agents: forwards TJ Galiardi, Tim Kennedy, Brandon Mashinter, Frazer McLaren, Matt Pelech and James Sheppard; defenseman Nick Petrecki, Matt Irwin and goaltender Alex Stalock.

Among the players that will not be qualified are forward Benn Ferriero and goaltender Tyson Sexsmith. Forwards Tony Lucia, James Marcou and Cam ManIntyre are also now unrestricted free agents.
