The Sharks have extended qualifying offers to the following restricted free agents: forwards TJ Galiardi, Tim Kennedy, Brandon Mashinter, Frazer McLaren, Matt Pelech and James Sheppard; defenseman Nick Petrecki, and Matt Irwin and goaltender Alex Stalock.
