49ers injury report: Dobbs ruled out

SANTA CLARA -- Outside linebacker Aldon Smith and tight end Delanie Walker are expected to play Sunday in the 49ers' game against the St. Louis Rams after going through limited practice this week.Both players are listed as probable on the 49ers' official injury report. Kicker David Akers has also been cleared to play Sunday after going through limited this work with a pelvis injury.Demarcus Dobbs, who plays all of the 49ers' special teams, will not make the trip to St. Louis after being the driver in a single-car non-injury accident early Friday morning on his birthday. Safety Darcel McBath, a core special-teams player, is listed as questionable with a concussion. He passed the contact test on Friday, he said, and expects to be available for Sunday's game.49ERS
