Rock Cartwright (@Rockgotti25) August 31, 2012Cartwright received a 25,000 signing bonus to come to the 49ers after spending the past two seasons with the Raiders.

The 49ers decision to release Cartwright is another indication that Anthony Dixon has a spot on the 49ers 53-man roster. Dixon was the 49ers leading rushing in the exhibition season with 171 yards on 42 rushing attempts.
