LANDOVER, Md. -- Injured defensive end Ray McDonald and veteran cornerback Shawntae Spencer, who is not injured, are among the 49ers' inactive players for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins.Ricky Jean Francois is slated to make his second start of the season, as 49ers defensive end Ray McDonald is out with a hamstring strain.McDonald sustained a left hamstring strain in the second quarter last week against the Cleveland Browns. He did not return to action and did not practice last week.Jean Francois, a third-year player, made his first career start against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when he replaced nose tackle Isaac Sopoaga.Spencer has been bumped down the depth chart, as second-year cornerback Tramaine Brock is ready for action after missing several weeks with a hand injury.
