LOS ANGELES Warriors coach Mark Jackson said rookieCharles Jenkins will start at point guard Friday night against theLakers.Jenkins, a second-round pick out of Hofstra, will start inplace of Stephen Curry, who is out with a right ankle injury.
Jenkins will get the starting nod over Ish Smith and newlyacquired Nate Robinson. Smith seems to be falling out of favor a bit as hisplaying time has decreased, and Robinson hasnt had enough practice time inyet.
