Congratulations to Warriors center Ronny Turiaf, who earnedhis degree from Gonzaga University on Sunday.Turiaf left the university in 2005 to turn professional, butcontinued his studies during NBA offseasons. He earned a Bachelors of Educationin sports management, with a minor in applied communications. Taking part in a graduation ceremony at Gonzaga is atremendous honor and a dream come true, Turiaf said. Completing my degreewhile playing in the NBA has been a tough process, but it was a promise that Imade to myself and my family when I left school, and I am so happy to haveachieved this goal. Id like to thank everyone at Gonzaga that supported methroughout the entire process, as well as the Warriors organization forassistance.
-----The Warriors are in the process of figuring out who will beplaying on their summer league team in Las Vegas, which begins in July.

The Warriors are anticipating Brandan Wright, who missed theentire season with a shoulder injury, will be on the team. Reggie Williams, whom the Warriors called up from the D-League late in the season, is alsoexpected to play. Warriors coach Don Nelson indicated late in the season thathed like to see Anthony Randolph put some games under his belt this summer.Randolph, who missed the final three months of the season with an ankle sprain, however, isnt required to play. The plan at this point is for Stephen Curry to play a gameor two for the Warriors this summer, and then begin training for Team USA.
At this point, the Warriors dont have any plans to bring inindividual players for workouts leading up to the draft. In fact, its unlikelythe Warriors will bring in anyone individual for workouts until June.Members of the Warriors scouting department will travel toMinneapolis in late May and then to New Jersey in early June for multi-teamworkouts.Last year, the Warriors practice facility was the site of atwo-day multi-team workout that featured dozens of prospective draft picks andrepresentatives of more than 20 teams. What's your take?
