Warriors workouts: Jared Sullinger

OAKLANDOhio State forward Jared Sullinger worked out for Warriors coaches and executives on Thursday morning in advance of the June 28 NBA draft.Sullinger, 6-foot-9 and 280 pounds, is a very good rebounder and is one of the most skilled interior players in this years draft class. Sullinger was part of a group that also included North Carolinas John Henson, Temples Michael Eric, Florida States Bernard James, Kentuckys Marquis Teague and Clemsons Andre Young.The knock on Sullinger is that hes not athleticand he acknowledged as much in an interview after the workout.RELATED: Matt Steinmetz NBA mock draft 2.0
But its obvious a lack of athleticism concerns NBA executives more than it does Sullinger. The Warriors are very much considering Sullinger with the No. 7 pick, along with John Hensonalso a part of Thursdays workout.The Warriors also have the No. 30 pick, the No. 35 pick and the No. 52 pick in the draft.RELATED: Matt Steinmetz's NBA mock draft 1.0
Sullinger was a consensus first-team All-American and Wooden Award finalist. He played just two years at Ohio State, and averaged 17.5 points and 9.2 rebounds as a sophomore.After his workout on Thursday morning, Sullinger sat down with reporters. Heres his interview.
