49ers WR Edwards returns to practice

SANTA CLARA -- ReceiverBraylon Edwards ran short, intermediate and deep routes at top speed Tuesday afternoon, as he returned to 49ers practice for the first time in a month.Edwards underwent arthroscopic surgery Sept. 19 on his right knee to repair a torn meniscus. It appears as if he will be available to return to action Sunday at Candlestick Park against the Cleveland Browns, the team that made him the No. 3 overall selection in the 2005 draft.

Edwards had four receptions for 48 yards for the 49ers when he sustained the injury on the first series of the 49ers' second game of the season, Sept. 18 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Outside linebackerParys Haralson (right hamstring) and right guardAdam Snyder (right shoulder) participated in practice after being removed from the 49ers' game against the Detroit Lions on Oct. 16.Cornerback Tramaine Brock also returned to the practice field Tuesday after missing several games with a left hand injury.FullbackMoran Norris, who sustained a fractured left fibula Sept 18 against the Cowboys, did not practice. He spent time in the weight room, riding the stationary bike and took part in stretching exercises on the side field.
