49ers report: Miller not cleared to practice

SANTA CLARA -- Fullback Bruce Miller has not been cleared to practice after sustaining a concussion Sunday, according to a report the 49ers filed to the league office on Monday.

The 49ers did not have an official practice on Monday, but they were required to submit a practice participation report. The 49ers held a walk-through. But the report is based on what the players would have done Monday if it had been a full practice.

Tackle Anthony Davis (ankle) was listed as limited. All the others listed on the participation report have been listed in previous weeks and played Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. The 49ers will hold a full practice on Tuesday.
