The 49ers are assured of going to Lambeau Field at least once in 2012.Whether they travel to Green Bay in January for the NFC championship game remains to be seen. But the 49ers will definitely play a regular-season game at Lambeau next season. It'll be at least the third time in four seasons the 49ers have traveled to Green Bay.The 49ers already know 14 of their 16 regular-season opponents for 2012, according to the league's scheduling formula for next season. As this season's NFC West champions, the 49ers' yet-to-be-determined opponents for next season are at the NFC South champions (New Orleans or Atlanta) and at Candlestick Park against the NFC East winner (Dallas or the New York Giants).
With a heightened national profile under coach Jim Harbaugh, the 49ers figure to be featured on prime-time television with regularity. The maximum number for a team is five regular-season night games.Among their other attractive matchups, which might end up on prime time, are road games against the New England Patriots and the New York Jets.Dates and times for the 2012 regular-season schedule will be announced in the spring.49ERS 2012 OPPONENTS
