Ginn, Williams held out of 49ers practice

SANTA CLARA -- Receiver Ted Ginn and Kyle Williams were held out of 49ers practice again Thursday, as the club prepares to face the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.Ginn said he is running and cutting on his sprained left ankle. Williams has yet to receive medical clearance after sustaining a concussion Saturday against the Seattle Seahawks.Tight end Delanie Walker has already been ruled out for the game with a fractured jaw.Linebacker Patrick Willis went through limited practice Thursday, and is expected to be available to play Sunday.
