SANTA CLARA -- Rookie fullback Bruce Miller, who sat out the Thanksgiving night game due to a concussion, has been medically cleared to resume full practice, he said Wednesday.The 49ers will practice Wednesday afternoon as they begin preparations to face the St. Louis Rams on Sunday at Candlestick Park.Miller sustained a concussion Nov. 20 against the Arizona Cardinals. Veteran Moran Norris started against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday.While Miller is available to play Sunday, right guard Adam Snyder remains questionable with a left hamstring strain.
