CSNCalifornia.comAs expected, receiver Louis Murphy (sports hernia), tight end Kevin Boss (knee) and safety Mike Mitchell were all ruled OUT of Monday's season opener at Denver following Saturday's practice.Friday night, Jackson would not rule the trio out, referencing "miracles" happening sometimes. Not this time, obviously.Murphy has not practiced since the beginning of training camp in Napa and shortly thereafter underwent a surgery to repair his sports hernia. He is targeting the Raiders' home opener against the New York Jets on Sept. 25.Boss, meanwhile, was injured on a tackle to his left knee by 49ers cornerback Tarell Brown in the exhibition game on Aug. 20. Boss signed a reported four-year, 16-million contract with the Raiders on Aug. 5 after four seasons with the New York Giants. And Mitchell has been out since the beginning of training camp.
