CINCINNATI -- The Raiders have more issues than trying to break a depressing three-game losing streak, in which they've been outscored by a combined 135-69 and given up a gaggle of "explosive" plays in the process, today against the suddenly surging Cincinnati Bengals.Oakland also has to deal with the three-hour time difference that has dogged them for a decade. The Raiders have not won a game played in the Eastern Time Zone since Dec. 6, 2009, when Bruce Gradkowski led an epic comeback in Pittsburgh to upend the Steelers, 27-24. Since then, the Raiders have gone 0-8 on the East Coast, getting outscored by a combined 281-145, or losing by an average score of 35-18.In fact, Oakland's woes in the East date back to December 15, 2002, when they lost in Miami, 23-17.Since then, the Raiders are 5-25 in the Eastern Time Zone.
