SAN DIEGO - Wide receiverChaz Schilens, who has battled numerous injury issues throughout hisstar-crossed career with the Raiders, is active and should make his2010 season debut.Schilens has teased fans with his potential but has been felled by foot and knee issues.He practiced three times this week - the most he's practiced since lastDecember - and, when right, gives quarterback Jason Campbell a steadytarget.Also active for the first time is defensive end Jarvis Moss, a former first-round draft choice of the Denver Broncos.He is, um, fired up to make his Raiders debut."Today for everybody who told me I wasn't gone be h& look at me now!" he Tweeted.
