ALAMEDA -- Brandon Myers has been targeted 11 times by Carson Palmer through two games.Myers has caught all 11 passes."I just think its being where youre supposed to be when youre supposed to be there," Myers said this week. "Coach kind of harps on that all the time. Youve just got to do your job and let the chips fall, I guess, and then when he does throw it to you, try to make the play and keep the chains moving."While the Raiders' run game has stalled, Palmer has found his tight end as an outlet, though many critics will say it's relatively meaningless in that only three of his catches have come with the game either tied or the Raiders leading, the other eight coming relatively late in games after the outcome has been all-but-decided.Regardless, Myers' 151 receiving yards already ties his career high for a season."Theres a lot of balls to be caught by that position in this offense," Palmer said. "And he and I had some good chemistry last year, in some similar situations, obviously (in a) different offense. But theres a lot of balls to be had at that spot and hes done a great job taking advantage of those opportunities, and its been good to see him really develop in there."
