Jennings: 'It'll be an electric atmosphere'
Two of the three Green Bay wide receivers who missed practice on Wednesday returned Thursday, meaning Randall Cobb and Jordy Nelson should be ready to play Saturday against the 49ers in an NFC divisional round playoff game.
"We'll be good to go come Saturday," Nelson, who has had an ongoing ankle issue, told reporters Thursday in Wisconsin. "We'll do stuff before the game just make sure I'm ready to roll.
"Guys are ready to go."
Guys like Cobb, who returned after being out sick, and tight end Jermichael Finley, who was upgraded from limited on Wednesday to full on Thursday.
But Jarrett Boykin, the receiver who did not practice again due to an ankle injury suffered in the Packers' season finale, will not play, according to coach Mike McCarthy.
"We saw the injury at Minnesota (and) we felt fortunate that the didn't sustain a very serious injury, just based on the position of his body," McCarthy said. "But he's getting better; he's not going to be ready this week."
Following, then, is the Packers' injury report for Thursday:
Out -- DE Jerel Worthy (knee)
Did not participate -- WR Jarrett Boykin (ankle).
Limited participation in practice -- WR Randall Cobb (illness), WR Jordy Nelson (ankle).
Full participation in practice -- TE Jermichael Finley (hamstring), RB Alex Green (knee), LB Clay Matthews (knee), LB Dezman Moses (hamstring), RB James Starks (knee).
